Couple looking for a decent stay

The room was surprisingly clean and we had a comfortable bed to crash in after long days. One night we dropped by the cocktail bar and the drinks were great with a lively vibe.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

Good and magnificent location - within walking distance of Haidhausen. Just 20 min walk to downtown.

Staff was very friendly, did try to help accomodate us with all the issues we ran into at their location (wrong room charge per night, lots of black mold in bathroom in first room). Location was excellent.

Prices were very expensive. Wifi access was outrageous for price (more for a week to use Wifi then if you payed a monthly fee at home), breakfast was not included and was very overpriced as well. 28 euro which would cost someone less then 10 euro outside of the hotel. Staff had wrong daily rate. First room had severe black mold in shower. Second room had some black mold but was a huge improvement.

Location was fantastic. Train direct from airport to Hotel. Don't even have to go outside! Staff welcoming & very helpful. You can purchase U tickets directly from the Concierge. He will also assist you in booking tours. Breakfast was excellent too.

Check whether wifi is included. We had to pay over 20 euros per day for it.

the king room is recently renovated, we also loved magnificent views. it is in unbeatable location to haidhausen, set just a walking distance from the hotel. it has a main bar. the service is very good, including shuttle to old town and outstanding breakfasts. there is parking nearby.

It was good value for money and really well located. In fact, the hotel has a direct exit and entrance to one of the main underground stops. It's even easier when you have to go to the airport as the hotel is one of the stops.

We booked a day tip to neuschwanstein castle one day and we said we'd charge the tickets to our room instead of paying cash. When we checked we found out that we had to pay an extra €5 for not paying by cash. We hadn't been told about it. It's not a lot of money, but I think the concierge should have made us aware of the extra hidden costs.

1- Restaurant for dinner very bad, food not cooked well and no sorry for this. Food very expensive and bad 2- Breakfast ends at 11h00 but no still water at 10h45. No food at 10h50. You have to ask for everything. Personel is not helpfull. 3- WiFi accessible at lobby. You hae to pay 24 euros for internet in your room !!!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the beautiful pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area with a good book. The only snag was that they have a pretty high deposit policy that caught me off guard, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. If you get a chance, definitely try the breakfast. It was a highlight of my mornings 😊

The value, the breakfast, the staff. For the price paid, it exceeded my expectations.

Wifi is 25 Euro extra - that't too much, parking is public, not only hotel. The room was not 100% prepared.

I enjoyed the modern décor, and the hotel's accessibility was excellent. The subway station was conveniently located just steps away.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.
